Welcome to The Tabitha House

Restoring Hope.

Rebuilding Lives.

Renewing Purpose.

The Tabitha House is a faith-based nonprofit dedicated to providing safe, affordable, short-term transitional housing for women experiencing housing instability. We offer more than shelter—we provide a supportive environment where women can heal, grow, and take confident steps toward independent living.

About Us

Who We Serve

The Tabitha House serves women experiencing housing instability due to life transitions, such as job loss, family crises, or other unforeseen challenges. Our program is designed for women who are ready to take steps toward stability and independence.

Why “Tabitha”?

Inspired by the example of Tabitha (Dorcas) in Acts 9:36-42, our mission is rooted in service, generosity, and the power of community.  Just as Tabitha devoted her life to helping those in need, we are committed to uplifting women with dignity, care, and practical support.
